At Purrixo we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied or would like to exchange a product, we make this process as easy as possible. Below you will find our exchange and return policy:


Returns Policy

    • You have up to 30 days after receiving your order to return or exchange a product.
  2. In Original Condition:

    • The product must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition as you received it.
  3. Exceptions:

    • Items damaged due to misuse or wear and tear are not covered by our returns policy.

How Can I Request a Return or Exchange?

    • Please pack the product carefully and return it to the specified return address.

Cost of Returns

  • Return costs: You will be responsible for the costs of returning the product, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
  • Refund: If you return a defective or incorrectly delivered product, we will refund the shipping costs.

Refund

  1. Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will process your refund.
  2. You will receive the amount within 5-7 working days via the same payment method you used when placing your order.

Product Exchange

Want to exchange a product? Follow the same steps as above. Indicate clearly in your email which product you want to receive in exchange. As soon as we have processed your return, we will send the new product.
